Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your Cheskie accessory, be it a rug, shawl, cushion, furniture, silverware or other item, please contact us for a refund or exchange at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Our policy lasts 7 days, after this, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your accessory must be unused and in the same condition you received it in.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will email you to let you know once your return has been received and inspected. If we are not able to accept your returned item and offer you a refund, we will notify you of the reasons why.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items will be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are returning an item over £75, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any returned items which do not arrive back with us.
